Clamp System Roof Application

What is Clamp System Roofing?
It eliminates the problem of water leakage due to the screws that may occur in the future due to the interlocking of the metal sheets by mounting with clips that provide trouble-free and optimum solutions on wide-span, circular cross-section, dome and flat roofs, as well as the fact that it is produced in the construction site as a single piece from the ridge to the eaves or from the eaves to the ridge, it is more preferred in wide-span roof coverings as it provides the opportunity to make a seamless coating both in the direction of the slope and in the direction of the building length.

Advantages of Clamp System

  • Since the system has hidden screws, there is no insulation problem caused by screws over time.

  •  It can be applied as a single piece from eaves to eaves on flat clamp tonos (Radius) roofs

  • On roofs with a minimum slope of 2%, water tightness is obtained with 180° degree double twist and gasket

  • Since the clamping process is done by robot, any labour error is prevented

  • If the bottom layer trapezes are used as perforated, it adds acoustic feature to the structure.

  • Thanks to the rockwool used between the two layers, it increases the fire safety of the building by adding A class fireproof value to the system.

  • It adds visuality to the building due to the thinness and elegance of the clamp form.
