Double storey in-situ roof system application
Double Layer On-site Application Roof Systems
It is recommended to use rock wool or glass wool as thermal insulation material in the system, which offers the opportunity to choose materials with the features and thicknesses selected according to the intended use of the industrial building on the roof and facades.
Double Storey In-Situ Roof System Application
This system, which is easy to use in steel and prefabricated structures, allows us to provide the same insulation value at a more affordable cost by keeping the density of the thermal insulation material low, since the upper and lower layers are separate from each other and the Z profiles act as a carrier, not the thermal insulation material. Mounting the trapezes in the upper and lower layers to the system with Z profiles eliminates the insulation problem that may occur in the screws as a result of the expansion of the metals and adds excellent waterproofing to the system.
Advantages of Double Floor In-Situ Roof System
Adding Class A fireproofing feature to the structure
Providing material selection according to the usage condition of the structure (such as PVDF painted, galvanized or aluminum in the inner layer)
Providing perfect water and heat insulation, being inorganic
Easily applicable without dismantling the existing layer on roofs that are laid in a single layer and require heat insulationSince the filling material (rock wool or polyurethane) in between in ready-made panels assumes the carrier role, the filling material and the sheet metal separate from each other during temperature changes and the carrier feature of the panel is lost over time.
Since the Z profile assumes the carrier role in this system, there is no separation in the system and it gains a longer service life
