PVC and TPO Membrane On-site Application Roofing

In this system, which is suitable for structures with low slope, wide spans and compulsory installation or chimney outlets on the roof, high density rock wool laid on the lower floor trapezes acts as a carrier. The last layer of PVC or TPO membranes are mounted to the bottom layer trapeze over the rockwool with special fastening screws. At the points where the membranes are attached, the screw heads are closed and the membranes are welded together with special welding robots and the sealing feature is provided.

In this system, all kinds of detail joints from inside the building to the roof can be easily solved with unreinforced membrane.
