Single layer trapezoidal roof application is one of the most economical choices in roof applications that do not need thermal insulation. It offers the opportunity to choose materials with the features and thicknesses selected according to the intended use of the industrial building on the roof and facades.
The fasteners to be used in the assembly of the roof trapeze should be mounted on the saddle, perpendicular to the construction and with EPDM gasket washers. In order to prevent possible leaks in the roof trapezoidal sheets, the assembly should be made from the roll together with the saddle. During installation, the contact of materials such as steel purlin, concrete and plaster with the panel metal coating should be prevented with a suitable insulating material or paint.
