About Us
Our company, which has been operating in the fields of roof cladding and insulation of industrial buildings since 2003 under the brand name ESKA METAL, has increased its product and application diversity in a short time and carried its national service network to the international arena.
Production
The head office of our company is in Istanbul, our 1st factory continues its activities in Gaziantep in a closed area of 15.000 m2, while our 2nd factory started its activities in Yalova as of 2023.
Our Gaziantep plant has a sheet metal processing capacity of 50,000 tonnes/year and our Yalova plant 75,000 tonnes/year, totalling 125,000 tonnes/year. At the same time, it continues its activities by incorporating the Turkish distributorship of Rheinzink, the regional distributorship of Ab Shomburg and the dealerships of Mardav and Ondüline, which are the leading companies in the sector.
Our company, which offers services to Turkey in general and overseas market, is able to respond to all kinds of needs by using modern systems in roof and facade coatings.
Forming our machine park; 16 different types of trapeze rollforming machines, flat and trapezoidal clamping machines, high rolling lock fitting machines, cassette system rollforming machines, clamp radius machine, cut to length line, coil slitting line, guillotine cutting and press brake bending machines, C-Z-Sigma roof purlin rollforming machines, Z/Omega profile lines, fixed and movable clip production line, aluminium barbell production line, In our factory where there are mounting apparatus line for solar energy systems (GES) and walkways compatible with clamp system and lock fit system roof coverings, tube fastener production line and pressure lath production line, we continue our service with safe and confident steps in the roof facade cladding and insulation sector of industrial buildings by reflecting our 20 years of experience to our production with 30 technical personnel, 25 administrative personnel and more than 300 employees.
