Titanium Zinc

    Titanium zinc is a malleable, long lasting and corrosion-resistant alloy, which consist of small portions of titanium and copper added to zinc which has been a very versatile metal used in constructions for decades. Titanium zinc is very easy to shape and that provides a great design freedom to architects. Its’ unique alloy composition provides the necessary strength to the material while allowing the product to be easily shaped.

    Rheinzink is a titanium zinc producer, which is a part of German Grillo Holding established in 1842. Rheinzink Titanium Zinc is produced according to norms DIN EN 988 , and basic alloy consists of % 99,955 pure zinc, and small precisely quantities of titanium and copper in line with DIN1179. The preperation of this alloy is the result of a continuous process, from the melting of the metals to the winding of the coils.

    These coils are used in further processing for manufacturing highquality RHEINZINK roofing, roof drainage and facade. It is one of the favorite choices of architects and users with its product lines, which have different color alternatives as well as natural prepatinated products.
