    Double Layer On-site Application Roof Systems
    It is recommended to use rockwool or glass wool as thermal insulation material in the system which enables to choose materials in thickness and specifications in roofs and facades according to the purpose of use of industrial structure

    This system, which is easy to use in steel and prefabricated buildings, allows the separation of the upper and lower layers of the system, and the fact that the Z profiles, not the heat insulation material, act as carriers, thus ensuring the same insulation value with more reasonable cost

    Mounting of the trapezoidals in the upper and lower layers with Z profiles eliminates the possible problem of insulation in the screws as a result of the expansion of metals and adds excellent waterproofing to the system.

    Advantages of  System

    • It allows to choose material type according to the purpose of use of structure. (i.e PVDF painted, galvanized or aluminium options for inner plate)
    • Great waterproofing and heat insulation as well as being inorganic
    • It can be applied easily without disassembling the existing layer in roofs with single floor and heat insulation required.
    • Since the filling material (rockwool or polyurethane) in the prefabricated panels undertakes the carrying, the filling material and the sheet are separated from each other in the heat changes, and the bearing capacity of the panel disappears with time. In this system, because the carrier takes the role of the Z profile, there is no decomposition in the system and it has a longer service life
